I have been working at Tatum full-time (More than 8 years)
Tatum has a strong brand focus and client base for small, mid and Fortune 2000 businesses, providing CFO, Controller, Finance and Accounting professional services and search. Tatum also has a strong Healthcare practice with a Revenue Cycle focus. Tatum's business generation will typically provide project finance and accounting personnel ability to move from project to new project.
Since acquisition by Randstad, Tatum has moved the Technology practice focus back to a regional level, integrated with the local F&A practices. Technology engagements tend to be related to F&A projects or existing client base. This has reduced the national account level projects. Randstad Technologies, a separate Randstad Company, is focused at the national and local levels and included global reach capabilities.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tatum (Boston, MA).
I was not impressed by the lack of punctuality by the Managing Director, as I was stuck waiting for 20 minutes before he spoke with me. I did have a positive experience when we did finally speak though. He is very knowledgeable and seems to be a good person to learn from.
