    I have been working at Tavistock Restaurants full-time (more than 5 years)


    Colleagues are one of the best people to work around. Get to eat at the company restaurants every month. Learned a lot about accounting in the past 2 years.


    Company went through several changes in the years I have worked here. Salaries aren't the best but you learn a lot.
    Currently outsourcing all accounting to Kansas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please learn to treat your employees like people and not robots.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Tavistock Restaurants in March 2014.

    Interview Details

    Recruiter was good & passionate, but the follow through was so poor. Several weeks between interviews. Missed their own timelines that they set. Different stories on job expectations. Training not well defined.

    Reasons for Declining

    The company lacked continuity between what they said and how they do business. Leadership changes had an impact on how they see the future - different interviewers had different stories. Never did what they said they would do.
