I honestly was hoping for more out of this company, it's definitely not what I had hoped it would be.

    Pros

They have a great salary and commission plan, the local people are great to work with for the most part, and they have a lot of flexibility as far as time off and working from home if needed. The business is also growing by leaps and bounds.

    Cons

Lack of training, reduced benefit packages, higher insurance costs, roles are not defined between the onshore and offshore teams, wrong people in management. As a conservative, the constant shipping of work overseas will eventually lead to complete dysfunction in the local workplace, and to me that's not right.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work hard to keep your onshore recruiting staff happy and the company will blossom even farther.

    Application Details

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Tech-Pro in September 2014.

    Interview Details

The screening process for Tech-Pro was relatively painless. They're professional; and used to dealing with professionals. If you have good job skills with decent experience, you'll get a decent wage/salary.

    Interview Questions
    • I wasn't really surprised by any of their questions. Again, if you have good job skills with decent experience, you'll get a decent wage/salary.

It was a little difficult to understand my particular recruiter over the phone. He had a heavy Southeast Asian accent. But we managed.
