I have been working at TechSoup Global full-time

    Pros

combines work that makes a difference in the state of civil society around the world with business driven initiatives; great to work for a non-profit that is a social enterprise earning revenues to reinvest in exciting projects

    Cons

as with many non-profits, appetite for new projects and collaboration is big so the pace can be fast and sometimes feels like you're doing more than is possible

    Advice to Management

continue to work on prioritization, quick tests of new ideas and maybe more vetting of opportunities to before commiting

    Interview

Really extensive interview process, somewhat disorganized. Expect no breaks, even if you're meeting straight through lunch. Manager was unable to describe the team that I would supervise. Seemed to be a lot in flux.
