Unaware of the client's need for thorough documentation being provided on a weekly basis.
Hyper sensitive in resolving on-site issues when working remotely.
Not checking or taking the time to see if contractors are actually meeting the target from their perspective.Advice to ManagementAdvice
A virtual office only goes so far.
Get to the site and be part of the process showing more than a just an anonymous face never seen. The client never saw any cohesion of contractor to company.
A positive relationship starts at the company and spreads out to the contractor to show the client they picked the right firm for supplying a body.
