I have been working at TelePacific Communications full-time (more than 5 years)

If you perform, you're left alone. Training is getting much better, time off is industry standard, compensation is a little low but you get a lot of freedom if you get your job done. Very good customer service, small enough that you can get things done without a lot of red tape.

Not leading edge. This is a CLEC, not bleading edge,TPac isn't going to be the technology leader, Leadership is pretty old school, somewhat boys club.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More emphasis on ethics. Less tolerance of bullying behavior. Pay better to retain top performers.
