    Recruiter Interview

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at TelePacific Communications in January 2015.

    Interview Details

There was initially a phone interview with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, followed by an in-person meeting with him. He explained that their interview process had lots of testing involved with it, and he would do a second face to face interview after all of the first round interviews were completed. I met with him for probably 1.5 hours. it seemed a little over the top for a 3 month contract position.

    Interview Questions
    • There were a lot of behavioral based interview questions. One after another. I found it to be a difficult interview, as I (as a recruiter) don't normally base my interviews on so many behavioral situations. It was a little heavy on the HR jargon for my taste. I did receive followup that I wasn't selected for the role. I appreciated that.   Answer Question
