I have been working at Telecom Italia full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It is a very good company in Italy, but now there are no more possibilities to grow. It is completely "static".

    Cons

A good thing is employer's care. there are a lot of services for employer's family. Health care, children's schools, children summer camps, etc.
