I worked at Teleflora full-time (less than an year)

*Depending on the department you work in, great starting pay.

    *40 hours a week.

*Mon-Fri schedule during the day ( occasional Saturday here and there during busy holiday times ).

*You build up so much vacation days. It's unreal. Within six months I built up enough vacation days to take two weeks off.

*Depending on your department, they give you access to learning materials to help you improve and expand upon your work.

*Food. Free food. Almost every week, it seemed like. Definitely allows you to save money.

*Some decent people you work with that even after working for the company, you still maintain a relationship with.

*Some of the customers can be demanding at times.

*Some of the co-workers can be annoying at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice. Overall, I miss working for this company. Had I know then what I know now, I would've stayed where I was.
