    Pros

    Flexible. Quite a good pay and lots of benefits. High mileage claim. Good place for people who love stable job and company.

    Cons

    Too many staffs that are not fully utilized but there are some competent staffs who have to do many tasks because of their competencies.

    Advice to Management

    Salary revision perhaps?
