    Pros

    Telerx gave me the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I had several great mentors and learned a lot about the contact center industry and many aspects of business during my tenure..

    Cons

    In my opinion this company is in a state of flux and it wouldn't be fair to evaluate the cons in a professional manner at this time. Where they land remains to be seen and I wish them nothing but success.

    The hiring process was pretty straight forward. I completed some tests online and then had a phone interview. After that I was asked to come in for a face to face interview.
