I have been working at Telos full-time (More than a year)
Senior leadership proactively works to keep personnel appraised on how the company is doing, its direction, and any other internal developments that may be of interest, in the form of town hall meetings that are accessible in person, via web, or dial-in. Company is steadily gaining new contracts and growing their presence in the security world with Xacta and other supporting applications.
It's been reported that it is not easy to get pay increases. Get into the door at a pay rate you're satisfied with, or accept what you're getting for a long while. Company cut out 401k employer matching this year, which is essentially reducing what employees get in terms of benefits. So far there had been no compensating solution.
Advice to Management
Deliberately invest more in the employees in terms of raises and other benefits for a slight trade-off in the bottom line in an effort to retain skilled personnel should be considered.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Telos.
I really didn't have to interview because I was working for AECOM and was moved to Telos due to contract requirements having to have the Prime (Telos) to have a majority of the employees. The contracting world is very unstable, I didn't like it, but it was a paycheck
