    Good work culture, Good work-life balance, opportunity to travel, T24 ocean good to learn, Not stingy on travel and stay budgets TEMENOS provides world class accommodation and facilities during travel unlike Indian software companies, Knowledgeable people and experts on every area of banking and project management, very sharp people and high quality performers, good to learn multiple things, opportunities to do many different things if on right project / team, Can boomerang your career if you know the right people and right opportunities by being a go-getter. Opportunity to earn well if on onsite engagements and performance variables if project succeeds. Approachable systems and HR policies and considerable for employees personal life. High Leaves allocated to employees compared to any other employer.


    Low pay grade and low pay revision based on market changes and new skills, zero performance management, zero HR involvement on appraisal, Deaf ears of management for employee professional concerns, Very subjective, Opportunities are not visible as company changes strategy often. No Vision and Mission re-enforcement. No clarity. No scope for improvement or opportunities if no influence for employee. Few command the good roles and tough to grow ahead as no clear career path, Frequent senior management changes, frequent employee turnover and high attrition.

    Advice to Management

    Set one goal, one mission and work towards that, communicate that at all levels and enforce performance and rewards, rather than driven only by share holders for revenues or profits try to be for all the share holders, stake holders and community then revenues will follow.
