Versant RN Residency
At many Tenet hospitals, the Versant™ RN Residency helps ease the transition from student to nurse and improves the experience of first-year nurses. The 18-week program better prepares new graduate nurses for their first jobs through training that includes:
- Instructor-led courses featuring current and emerging clinical guidelines and standards;
- Clinical preceptors who provide personalized bedside training;
- Debriefing sessions that offer a forum for exchange among participants;
- Mentors who provide personal support and career development guidance; and
