I worked at Tennessee Temple University full-time

I can't really think of any. There are some good people at TTU, however these people are not in leadership -- they are the "little people".

Sparsely staffed, so your load will be very heavy. Low low pay. No recognition for things accomplished (unless you are the "in" crowd). Denied half of pay during the month of December because "this is a time it would hurt the least to not bring home a full salary" -- yes, that was a very lean Christmas. Zero accountability for faculty/staff. Overall dirty campus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your people. Listen to their feedback -- you might learn something. Be fair across the board -- not just to people who you feel can do something to help you.

    Neutral Outlook
