    - Lots of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to do the time and show your loyalty to the company.
    - Great benefits at a very low cost to the employee. I pay $40 a month for my family!
    - Upper management team is very approachable. Non-intimidating.
    - Your efforts make a big impact in a small company environment
    - Lots of people have been here a long time. Says a lot about the company
    - Great office environment
    - Not a lot of politics
    - Employees get along. No competition between peers
    - Great job security for those that work hard and aren't lazy
    - Surrounded with smart people who want the company to succeed
    - You have the privilege of wearing many hats, not just specializing in one area. Skills are always sharpened here
    - Company's products saves lives! Product is top notch

It's obvious that management knows who is loyal and valuable versus who is here only for their paycheck. It's OK to be either type but one can't expect a bright future if all you are worried about it how much you are being paid.

    - No 401k match, but I'm sure this will come in time. Low benefit cost to employee offsets this.
    - No reimbursement for outside technical certification, but again, I think this will come in time.

    Advice to Management

Continue to keep your employees that believe in the company and work towards its success...
