    Pros

You can work flexible hours You get three weeks of vacation which increases to four weeks over the course of your third year to your fifth year.

    Cons

The holidays are very busy. At a time when one is personally busy, they are expected to work lots of hours.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people around the holidays so that lots of extra hours are not necessary. When the holidays are approaching, prepare for the expected increase in sales.
