    Good Pay Great People Discount is helpful!

    Cons

    i worked in an extra store, a lot of the time we were understaffed, tesco like to employ customer assistants under a 16 hour contract which is impossible to live on

    Advice to Management

    hire staff with higher contracts, paid 15 minute breaks, more staff discounts and make overtime more regularly available
