I have been working at Texans Credit Union full-time

    Pros

--Great co-workers --Huge growth opportunities --Easy to interact with members (for the most part, they're very nice) --Bank holidays

    Cons

Lots of stuff written here, but this is a credit union in the middle of a transformation. Some people don't like change, and they may have a harder time with what's going on. Company is rebuilding, so there are lots of chances to grow, but you need to work hard and make sure you work with your manager to build your personal network. I saw a lot of people fight against some of the change, and it didn't turn out well.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing the mission statement and the company values. You have a real chance to make a difference in your member's lives, so make that the focus.
