    I worked at Texans Credit Union for 2 years, and had a pleasant experience. They offered a competitive salary and a friendly work environment. I started as a teller and left as a consumer loan processing specialist.


    Some departments were staffed inadequately to be able to handle the required workload. I put in a LOT of hours to get my workload completed, and that was a very regular thing.

    I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Texans Credit Union (Richardson, TX) in March 2015.


    Contact center management and HR took less than 2 weeks for the whole process. The management team did 2 rounds of interview and was very professional and accommodating to vacation request.
