I have been working at Texans Credit Union full-time
--Great co-workers --Huge growth opportunities --Easy to interact with members (for the most part, they're very nice) --Bank holidays
Lots of stuff written here, but this is a credit union in the middle of a transformation. Some people don't like change, and they may have a harder time with what's going on. Advice to Management
Keep pushing the mission statement and the company values. You have a real chance to make a difference in your member's lives, so make that the focus.
