    Pros

    Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Decent benefits. Supervisors listened to their employees. Great company to work for if you have a family, as they are very pro-family.

    Cons

    The technologies were not as current as others in the industry and the company didn't seem to want to move in a direction to get more competitive, technology-wise.
