    Pros

The staff were nice and very helpful with the training. The company paid training was top notch. The working atmosphere was positive and upbeat.

    Cons

I dint encounter very many Cons. Working with the population is for everybody. The job will dictate whether you are the right person for the job.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to ask employees for their opinion on job related issues. The folks that are in the positions have the best insite to what is gong on.
