    I have been working at The Arc full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    The coworkers are great
    The supervisors/program specialists are attentive and caring
    The pay is competitive
    Occasional bonuses around the holidays
    Working with the consumers

    Cons

    No annual pay raises or salary adjustments
    Not the best health benefits in the world
    Not much of a financial incentive to move up to a supervisor
