Candidate Matching:If you’re applying for a specific position, your application will be reviewed by our recruiters, who have an in-depth knowledge of the business and of the needs and requirements of the position for which you are applying.

Phone Interview:You’ve applied for the position and your skills fit the job. The phone interview assesses your technical skills and proficiency, to the level of determining whether you should be brought in for an in-person interview.

Onsite Interview: Once you meet with one of our recruiters, you may be selected to meet with the hiring manager, who can provide you with more information about your potential responsibilities.

We take hiring very seriously and like to make consensus-based decisions.  To that end, it can take up to two weeks for us to make an official selection.

    I worked at The Bozzuto Group full-time (less than an year)


    Bozzuto is a great company with strong customer service. The training process is extensive, and I felt very prepared by the time I started selling to prospective renters. Compensation is decent for entry level employees, and great benefits package. Sales incentives are always fun.


    Working in property management is difficult for work/life balance. You are required to work weekends and usually expected to stay late. It's really the luck of the draw as to whether you have a good direct manager or not. I enjoyed my team, however, my coworker was continuously given (and accepted) credit for projects I completed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Follow through when you ok time off - don't go back on your word. Recognition is a great way to increase your employees desire to succeed.

    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at The Bozzuto Group.

    Interview Details

    After I submitted the online "behavioral survey" I waited about 2-3 weeks before a recruiter called me. We talked briefly on the phone and then we scheduled an additional phone interview to discuss my resume. After that I had a face-to-face interview with the Property Manager I was supposed to work for. Next interview a few days later was with the regional manager. Questions were very simple since this is an entry level position and I was just out of college with little professional experience. After about 2 weeks of interviewing I got the job!
