    Pros

Great people, great clients. Sets you up very well for most any position in the nonprofit sector. Small enough to be close to everyone in the office, senior management knows you well and really cares about your development and career. Lots of focus on professional development.

    Cons

Hard work, hours are long but quite manageable by management consulting standards. As in any consulting job, you don't have complete control over the projects you work on and therefore cannot always focus entirely on your areas of strongest interest.

First round phone interview was two one hour cases. The interviewers were quite nice and professional but not much behavioral questions - they moved quickly into the cases. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism but tough to find good practice cases. They have one or two on their website, which are helpful but not enough. Traditional cases are different enough to where they can only go so far.

    Interview Questions
    • Two cases were not extremely difficult individually (no difficult math or market sizing) but it was a steady stream of "how would you go about finding/prioritizing this or that"   Answer Question
