    I worked at The Campus Special as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    This is the kind of experience that helps you realize your true potential. It pushes you to your limits and will test you emotionally. This tests whether you really love sales but it is exactly what is needed in an internship.

    Cons

    -Relocation (Not so bad, I was relocated to Arizona)
    -I would have wanted to be in the loop for more things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep reps up to date. Other than that, The Sales Managers are amazingly helpful!

    Interview Details

    The interview process consists of one over the phone. An online video essay. then a third interview. They will call a fourth time to confirm your interest before giving an offer. Overall very easy and by the book. A great opportunity that will provide plenty to talk about for the next interview in your life.

    • They ask what are the most important aspects in sales. I said persistence, presence, and then product knowledge in that order.   Answer Question
