    Good retirement and health benefits.


    Very hierarchical management style leaves many underemployed. Standards and processes are not very well documented so you are never sure how to get things done. Low moral is a big issue for some departments.

    Advice to Management

    Give lower staff more power to make decisions. Don't talk down to people, it creates negative feelings that are they spread from one person to another.
