    Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at The Creative Group in January 2015.

    Interview

    My interview process went faster than usual. I met with 5 interviewers and also shadowed during my first interview. The interviews were all conversational and not forces or uncomfortable. I received a call the next day for my second interview. The second interview was 2 days after the first (could've been the same day as the call) and I received my offer, which ended up being a new position tailored for my experience (or lack thereof).
