I have been working at The Creative Group as a contractor for more than 3 yearsPros
I started working in the one of the Midwest offices and then relocated to the East coast. I still do off-site, temp or contract jobs through the Midwest location, because the recruiter there has been friendly and helpful. I don't need full-time work, so the short-term, sporadic positions are a great fit for me. I have also enjoyed the clients I work for, and they ask for me by name now. I mainly do proofreading and copyediting, and I love the flexibility of working from home.Cons
Sometimes I wish the work was more frequent, and I could transfer to the local office in my area, but I like the clients and recruiters that I work with in the Midwest office.RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO

Phone interview was very short. The in person interview also very short - it seemed like they didn't have time for me. The recruiter didn't ask any questions about my resume or my background, then called me later when someone liked my resume. Strange experience.Interview Questions
