Considerate management, are treated not just as an employee but a friend, good benefits, good company culture, fun parties, flexible scheduling, are internship opportunities.
Can be difficult to move up to higher positions, some staff don't carry own weight, can be service inefficiencies that are not dealt with by management, can feel ignored by management at times.
Advice to Management
Provide clear measures of success for each position, as sometimes it felt some were rewarded for unclear reasons while other hard workers were not. Listen to staff suggestions and convey messages to other staff, as problems often persisted despite telling management about it multiple times.
