I have been working at The Egg and I Restaurants full-time
Great for individuals that work in the Restaurant Management field that have a family or trying to build one. Close at 2 p.m. during the week and 2:30 p.m. on the weekends. Our servers make great money so turnover is very low for our waitstaff.
No health insurance or any benefits besides food discounts. Cook wages are low compared to other companies which creates a high turnover in the back of house. You must take a pay cut and substitute a better lifestyle.
Advice to Management
Most of your employee's are here because of the hours.

It was pretty ok. And I felt comfortable and it was good . I was happy with the results and what not so that's good . So pretty ok experience I would say
Good and I was able to get every other weekend and it went pretty ok . I was happy with it and what not
