    Pros

Free movies and flexible hours. Pretty large staff so you might make a friend or two. Pretty fun work environment, days go by fast when its busy.

    Cons

You never really knew how many hours you would be working a day, better yet a week. If it was a slow day I would get sent home within 5 mins of clocking in, but if it was slammed I may have been asked to stay a few hours extra. Sometime my 3 or 4 shifts from a week turned out to only be 2 hours worked. (sometimes 40+ on the other side though) Really everything depended on business. This may differ from location to location though. (live in a largely tourism town)

    Advice to Management

It was really annoying getting sent home 5 minutes after clocking in some days, if you don't need the employee to come in call them and let them know.
