I have been working at The Jewish Guild for the Blind full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The salary is top notch, training is very good, HR is efficient, staff is super friendly at every site and management is respectful to all staff. Room for advancement and your work is recognized. I am here to stay and would love to retire from this company.

    Cons

This is the first time in all of my career that I have no cons about a company and I have been in the workforce for over 20 years so that should say a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep motivating people and taking advice from others who have ideas. So far so good!!!
