    Pros

Everyone here is very friendly. The company takes care of you with a number of benefits including a rewards program for those who carpool. They provide lunch a minimum of once a week. They have team building activities, competitions and fun events for employees. In addition to all these great benefits they often do things to help the community like organizing blood drives, food drives and toy drives.

    Cons

While the long hours in front of the computer are not easy the benefits make it well worth it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you do! You change the training process as needed to improve.Your available to answer questions (except when your in meetings ) and you keep the environment fun.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a weekinterviewed at The Loan Depot in December 2011.

    Interview Details

Quick phone conversation with recruiter and then a 1 on 1 - 45 minute chat about who I was and what I was looking for and my accomplishments. What I could bring to the table and why I was good choice for them to hire me. Two days later another 1 on 1 interview with a manager on the floor who dug deeper into my sales and mortgage skills, which I can do very well and know the business inside and out. Both gave the green light to hire me an get me in the next 1 week training class.
