    I worked at The Melting Pot part-time (less than a year)


    Good tips, fun interacting with customers
    If you don't mind staying up late can make good money.


    If management is bad can be hard to provide best service.
    Hours can be bad, if you don't want to be up until 2 am on weekends not the best job.

    The management I had was terrible on days off,
    often left scrambling at last minute because they put someone in when they had requested time off.

    Interview Details

    Applied through job posting on craigslist by submitting my resume was called 2 days later to come in and interview the next day with the general manager. When I got to the restaurant I had to fill out an application. The manager asked me about my experience and told me about the salary and requirments of the job. I was offered the job on the spot.
