    Pros

    Good work-life balance (not expected to work overtime), interesting and smart people, fantastic mission, some very good products out there. Excellent compensation.

    Cons

    T2 is in a leadership transition, and will likely continue to be in transition for many months. This requires team to be flexible and adaptable. This can be very difficult. Also, due to changes in DoD, funding is limited at times which leads to fights over resources.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of supervisors who aren't pulling their weight or making T2 a better place.
