    Pros

The Proven Method offers a great work environment with very bright, fun employees and great leadership. It is truly a place where motivated people can grow their IT Careers, be it in any of the company's focus areas - staffing, software development, or sales. The company is expanding into exciting new markets and offers great incentives to forge into these new territories. If you have good vision, the company's leadership team are highly interested in fostering growth of new ideas. From my experience, working in the main office, there is excellent work/life balance.

    Cons

If you need hand-holding or constantly reinforced direction, this probably isn't the place for you. To succeed here, one needs to be able to consistently produce and work well with little of oversight. You need to be able to take the ball and run with it. That said, there is plenty of mentor-ship available, everyone is there to help, and management is happy to provide the tools needed to get the job done.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Proven Method (Atlanta, GA) in April 2015.

    Interview

Went over my college experience, projects I had worked on, and asked me what were my challenges with those projects. They then proceeded to ask a number of programming questions ranging from memory management, the difference between an abstract class and and interface and logic questions about programming.
