I have been working at The Rittenhouse full-time (less than an year)Pros
Best hotel in the city according to online reviews by guests.
Chance to work for where celebrities work.
Nice people in HR department.Cons
Lack of communication, poor compensation, company advertises a career path that does not exist. I was truly disappointed to realize that the position that I was hired for was not indeed what they needed. There is no structured training in place. I was advised by some coworkers to look for other jobs in my first day of employment.
Certain positions do not make enough money, which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. When I tried to balance my two jobs my manager told me it was "his way or the highway".Advice to ManagementAdvice
