A recent anonymous employee satisfaction survey conducted with our accounting & finance professionals showed that more than 81% of responses expressed strongly satisfied or satisfied opinions of overall job satisfaction with their career at Siegfried. Professional Development

By providing a constant variety of interesting and challenging work at our diverse client base, our professionals’ greatest source for professional development is the experiences they will have while at a client.

Professional Development Allowance – Use for external courses and professional membership dues.

Online Technical Classes – Full-time employees have a yearly subscription to a library of online training courses in a variety of technical areas, including accounting and audit, technology, management, personal development and more.

Excel Expert Certification Program - All employees are strongly encouraged to complete our training program culminating in an Expert Level Certificate.

Certification Reimbursement – Exam fees and prep courses will be reimbursed up to $1,500 with receipt.

License Renewals – CPA license renewal and membership to the AICPA reimbursed at 100%.

Resource Networking Allowance - To assist with developing deeper relationships with professionals within their current network and forming new connections through involvement in networking activities.

    Interview was pretty standard. A lot of behavioral based style questions about working style and working with teams. Met with a total of four different people, so it was a pretty long interview.
