I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Source.
Interview process was tedious- for an entry level position I had to go to 3 separate interviews. Don't know why I couldn't have met all of these people in the same day, or have only done 2 interviews. 3 interviews should not be for entry level. Had to meet with the VP of the department after meeting with peers and director-- again, this is not something an entry level position should have to do. If a director isn't confident enough in their hiring abilities then they shouldn't be director. It's not a difficult interview, just a tedious and long process especially if you do not live nearby.
- They ask about what you know about the company, why you are interested in the company, and about your customer service skills. Answer Question
There was no negotiating with them as this was an entry level position.
