I worked at The UPS Store full-time (less than an year)

Multiple daily job requirements that keep the monotony down. Small crew which can help you stand out and with many owners having multiple store perhaps rise quickly to a new position.

Pay is mediocre considering you are basically running the store as in my case. My owner made promises that he failed to keep on multiple occasions leading to a very uncomfortable work environment. I fulfilled my end of the bargain but when the time came for my raise and promotion he "changed his mind". I gave this job 110% and EARNED my PROMISED Raise and Promotion just be caution with this particular store employer.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at The UPS Store.

    Interview Details

Found the posting on a job site, applying through the posting requires completing an online survey that asks basic work history and personality questions. I was then sent an email which notified me I was selected for an interview. I had to select a time slot and complete an application to bring into the interveiw. The in-person interview was with two members of the store leadership. I felt that my interview was going well, although neither of us were particularly engaged and connecting in the interveiw. The interview was only about fifteen minuets and I left it with a bad feeling. Latter the next week I called one of the people I interviewed with, thanked them for the opprotunity, and asked if any decisions had been made yet. The hiring manger I spoke too seemed like she was very disinterested I speaking to me, and quickly told me that they were still making decisions. It has been several weeks since then and I have not heard anything.
