I worked at The Union Club

    Pros

The pay is above standard and the CEO is nice and friendly. They also provide free lunch and dinner.

    Cons

There are less than ten people in management and they are all very catty with each other. Keep to yourself.

    Advice to Management

Professional development and an employee outing that requires team building would be helpful to cease the cattiness.

    Application

I applied online – interviewed at The Union Club (Cleveland, OH).

    Interview

The interview was more of a conversation since I have extensive experience. I was able to get a good feel for the employer and what they are looking for as well as they got to sense the type of employee I am.
