My boss was extremely flexible and understanding of my obligations as a student. She is extremely caring and everyone does a great job of helping each other out. Whenever I needed to take time off I was able to, no questions asked.
Job can be extremely boring at times. I ended up finding a couple of hobbies while working here...
You pretty much have no excuse to not do well in school when you work here. As a grad student I never once did homework at home. I 4.0ed my entire degree.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at The University of Kansas.
The interview was a panel: five people, each with the same sheet of paper, asking questions from it. The questions may or may not be asked by a person with experience (like a marketing person asking questions about servers and databases).
The interview was kind of strange and felt a bit sterile.
