I applied online – interviewed at Theorem Clinical Research in October 2014.Interview Details
I was genuinely excited to receive initial email from recruiter about setting up initial phone interview. While I definitely prepped by familiarizing myself with specifics on Theorem areas of expertise as emerging CRO, the recruiter did not. Recruiter was slight abrasive (but whatever) & seemed annoyed that I was a strong hem/onc candidate with just senior/lead SITE level experience to date; but no history as employee of industry. I found this immensely frustrating/troubling as I have a detailed CV and even addressed my desire to move to industry side in cover letter. I attempted to salvage the call by reiterating my 4+ years of phase I experience working soley with industry CROs but recruiter had seemingly lost interest. I'm disappointed to day the least- if they don't review CVs prior to initiating contact they should at least spare 3 additional moments to allow candidate to expound on qualifications.Interview Questions
