    Pros

Good benefits Employee development opportunity Great and competent Quality staff Able to work from home Management is very flexible Majority of employees gets along very well Work environment is diversified and very desirable Talented employees Top management cares a lot about the direction of the company Superb Quality system and focus Great products that touch lives in a meaningful way

    Cons

    1) The company does not seem to focus too much attention on recognizing and retaining great, hardworking and talented employees, which I assume may be due to a rapid growth that the company is currently experiencing. 2) Because of the rapid exponential growth, the amount of workload can oftentime be a bit overwhelmed. However, you'll find this almost everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Therakos is a great company, because it hires talented people. Therefore, the company should do its utmost to recognize and retain its talented employees, if it wishes to remain great.
