I have been working at Thermal Ceramics full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I must say I am sorry, but there is nothing that comes to mind other than some of the people
that is good about this company.

    Cons

This is the first company I have ever worked for that put production and money before there employees. I have no family time, the place is a accident waiting to happen but yet they always are pushing you the the max... They have you on a swing shift..and will give you one day to adjust to the next shift which is 6 days. I have four days off at the end of the month and then start mid-nites for another six days no family time ,1 weekend a month.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start respecting your people who are making you your millions, just by giving family time or time off.
Try not to focus on how much your going to make on your bonus and stop pushing and killing your people.
