    Pros

Perks included access to the Rosetta Stone program, paid group lunches, and an active health improvement program. I felt like a valued member of the team. The office was in a nice part of the city.

    Cons

Internal office space needed updating. Communication from management was spotty. Was difficult to find opportunities to interact with others within the company.

    Advice to Management

More frequent and consistent communication from management.
