    I worked at Timberland

Great product, Great people... and many opportunities... Although that was a looong time ago! The brand seems to have maintained the integrity from when Jeffrey Schwartz was leading.

Salary wasn't great...and there werent great opportunities for adjustments... and there was a LOT of pressure.

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Interview Details

Very inviting. Timberland is a company that wants to sell. So they want to know if you can sell if you are hired as an employee. The hiring manager will ask you have you ever worked in retail, how much of an item you think you can sell.
