The pros would be that there is so little leadership that you are essentially able to do whatever you want as long as your work gets done. This means that that the owners have no idea what's going on half the time. Its an ok place to work when everything is going well, but that is hardly ever the case.
No direction or leadership. One feel as if you are working alone and are not given any support. There is not really any opportunity for upward movement.

The process needs to be more efficient.
