I met a recruiter at an interview and proceeded to have two phone interviews. The first one was strange because the first recruiter coached me to succeed in my second interview. After this they fly you out to the office of your choice to shadow the salespeople for a day.
- They ask a lot of personal questions when they fly you out. It seems like they want to get to know you better as a person to see how you'll fit in with the team. Answer Question
