I have been working at Tommy Bahama full-time (more than an year)

I've read some of the recent complaints about HR and I don't get it. Why all the complaints? All of my interactions have been positive. Of course, that's because I'm still working at the company. I suppose those employees who complain are "former" employees for a reason. IT keeps getting better and better too.

I think the company is going through some growing pains.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to manage the growth. Don't let people get spread too thin.

    Interview Details

New position created. Job description and job title changed 3 times. HR seemed wishy washy as they relayed different and confusing information and were very slow to respond. The lady I worked with seemed very abrupt and not approachable. The job description was precise.

    Reasons for Declining

If HR doesn't have it together, neither will the job. Way low-ball salary offered for position. They are behind the times!
