I have been working at Toppers Pizza full-time (More than 8 years)
The leadership at Toppers is great. I've never worked for a CEO that is so driven and challenges his team in such a positive way. It's great to see driven people rise to the top in this company and to work alongside so many special talents. So much room for growth through expansion and building the brand! The truth is that I look forward to coming in on a daily basis and seeing the people that I work with, it's fun. If I had the money, Toppers is a concept that I would invest in.
Like any company there are downfalls, but with Toppers they are too minor to rate.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work. Always put people that are driven and care for people in leadership roles!

- A in-person interview was not performed. Just generic questions filled out on a paper application. Answer Question
