I have been working at Toppers Pizza full-time (more than an year)

The people are super cool, there's plenty of opportunity to get promoted, even to corporate positions. The 10+ hours of OT every week are pretty legit. It's an awesome company to work for and to be honest if I ever left I don't think I could ever find another experience like it. Also, pizza all day every day for life.

    My sleep schedule is wrecked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More communication with in-store people about things like who would be going to what stores and when. Moving to a different city or even a different state is cool and all, but a little more than three week's notice would be sweet. Holiday pay would also be cool, or some sort of bonus plan, especially for those of us who work open-close on Easter and other holidays that we're open so everyone else can spend time with their families and stuff.

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Toppers Pizza in August 2012.

    Interview Details

I saw the ad on Craigslist and called the number provided. I went to an existing store (they were hiring for an upcoming store) to grab an application. After I filled it out, I called back and basically was told to come to open interviews which I missed because of my other job. So, there was a last-minute open interview session the following week that I attended on my off day. I went to the interview at about 2PM, was asked questions, and he called a few hours later (like 10PM) and offered me the job. He was kinda cute, so I kinda flirted my way through it. I was surprised at how young he was to be a GM of a new store. He was really cool, though. But, anyway, I started orientation a few days later.
