The company is running very lean. Functional groups are purposely setup with conflict in mind for the purpose for working together to find the best solution, but the result is friction, frustration and slow results.
Advice to Management
Loosen the reigns on manpower a little, give people the time to do their jobs

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at Toro Company in January 2014.
Since Toro did not come to my campus to recruit students, I applied online for the internship. Since my school is not located in the Twin Cities, we agreed to do a phone interview for the 1st round. About 10 days after the phone interview, I was invited to visit the office and interview with Finance professionals. I interviewed with 2 managers, and the interviews were about 30 minutes each. About 2 weeks later, I received the internship offer.
- One of the interviews was more conversation like (it is probably not a fixed process, it just depended on the interviewer). The interviewer did not have many questions for me, rather it was a conversation about the projects the intern would be doing. In any case, prepare a list of questions to ask interviewers, it always helps. Answer Question
