I have been working at Tory Burch part-time (Less than a year)

Great company values that are actualy are taken into account by management and really make the experience as an employee very special. I feel like my managers actualy care about me and appreciate my contributions to the store. Tory Burch sets the standard of customer service that all other luxury brands should follow. Also has anyone on here mentioned that they provide your wardrobe?

When it comes to the companies useage of technology I think there is a lot of room for improvement. The return policy is cutting into store profits like a hot katana through butter.

    Advice to Management

I dont have any complaints about any of my managers but I believe corporate needs to work on making improvements to the technology that is used in order to get everything running a little more seemlessly. In its current state it is quite dated and too broken up to be a sensible system.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Tory Burch (New York, NY) in August 2015.

Applied on their website- took about month to hear back from someone. Quickly scheduled an interview and met with two people that day. HR was lovely to interact with was very accommodating of schedules and times and very responsive. Heard back about a week later. Had a great experience although it would have been nice to hear back from my application sooner.
