I have been working at Tory Burch full-time (more than 3 years)

I love the people I work with and the focus on culture. It is an exciting, fast-paced company that fosters creativity, innovation, and positive relationships.

It is difficult to move up and advance your career here. Promotions come few and far between and salary increases are minimal unless you have competing offers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the focus on fostering a good culture. Try to recognize good employees by providing raises/ promotions when they deserve it instead of waiting until they seem like a flight risk.
